Vocational training Around the year 1947 onwards, vocational trainings were organized for the residents of the Home, e.g. nurse's training, teacher's training, weaving, knitting and the like.

All these courses are Diploma courses, and includes needlework, block printing, weaving, counseling training, cooking and canteen management.
These trainings are given within the premises of the Home. With the help of these trainings, the underprivileged girls are made self reliant and can pursue a career, in order to earn a living for themselves.
